About the Role

The Junior Account Manager (JAM), is an integral position within Rush’s Client Service Team supporting the successful delivery of large-scale projects, from brief to execution. The individual will work to build strong relationships with key client representatives, ensure that client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Rush and its clients.

The successful candidate will a capable multi-tasker, with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a calm and organized way, often working on future dated projects while delivering and executing current projects.

The role requires you to be able to work automatously with a minimum amount of supervision and possess the requisite attributes to be able to manage subordinates, and agency suppliers. An appetite for frequent travel for events and business meetings assisting in the management of the client is a must.

As part of the role, the JAM will be exposed to high profile partnership campaigns, events often operating in the context of corporate environments, requiring the ability to communicate effectively, handle high pressure situations with a calm and confident demeanour and be able to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple time zones with an enthusiastic, detail-oriented mind set.

The role will require the JAM to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives, Rush’s business proposition and the broader commercial aspects of the sport and entertainment industry. The role will be suited to someone who is a strong all-rounder, has experience working within the nuanced world of Formula 1.

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Working on day-to-day operations, client reporting and budgeting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, rights holders, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Support the client’s strategy, maximise partnership asset usage and align programme with brand and business objectives.
  • Project manage activations from ideation to execution across multiple marketing channels.
  • Provide on-event management and logistics including hosting guest programmes on event, supporting talent appearance events, internal engagement, and VIP customer & client executive experiences.
  • Liaise with Rights Holders to track, schedule and manage partnership rights and assets.
  • Be accountable to client KPI’s and measure campaign effectiveness to demonstrate ROI.
  • Act as a consultant, advising and guiding the client & external stakeholders on best practice and process.
  • Monitor the latest trends in sport, business, and technology.
  • Ideate and bring to life new programme opportunities for existing and potential clients.
  • Support the wider Rush Team with New Business development campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Two (2) to four (4) years direct F1 sponsorship experience is required.
  • Strong client service skills, including relationship management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to support multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational experience or education in marketing, sponsorship, or sports and entertainment management, with an interest in partnership strategy and campaign execution.
  • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation preparation, meeting notes, and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project management tools) and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field preferred.
  • Passion for sport and entertainment, with an understanding of sponsorship, rights management, and brand partnerships considered an advantage.

About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events since the sales and legal team has signed the commercial contract till the events final closing.
  • You will be the main point of contact between all the stakeholders, from the event organizer to all the internal teams involved.
  • Although being overall owner of the whole process you will work as part of a team, you will be in charge of making things happen in time and form by managing other departments tasks.
  • Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them. in order to have a consolidated list of all the requirements and prioritize them with the product team.
  • Create and maintained exhaustive Q&A in order to have an answer to potential user incidencies managed by our user support team.
  • Make sure that all the requirements needed to achieve the project goals have all the necessary documentation
  • Depending on the event, your presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates

About You:

  • 2+ years in a project management role or consulting background. This is not a position for an events background, but having event experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual English speaker, other languages are a plus.
  • Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You will also have strong analytical, relationship management, and organisational skills.
  • You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.

Role Overview

This role sits within one of our Formula 1 accounts and supports the delivery of a multi-event global sponsorship programme, covering project management, ticketing, guest management, hospitality, production and logistics. You will work across the full lifecycle of events, helping ensure every element of the programme is executed efficiently, professionally and on brand.

As a Senior Account Executive, you form the operational foundation of the team. You will support Account Managers and Directors with day-to-day tasks, maintain smooth workflows and tracking with ticketing, and help keep event delivery on schedule. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the sponsorship operates seamlessly - requiring someone who is diligent, detailed, proactive and highly organised.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Managers and Directors in the coordination of live events and hospitality programmes.
  • Assist with ticket allocations, guest communications, itineraries, accreditation and event logistics.
  • Maintain and update key documentation including status reports, schedules, budgets and guest lists.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and on-time progress.
  • Track project actions, deadlines and approvals, ensuring information is captured and shared clearly.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication where appropriate, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support onsite delivery - including build, live operations and break-down - when required.
  • Monitor tasks, flag risks early and suggest solutions to keep the programme running efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in events, hospitality, sponsorship, or a similar operational account role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and calm client-facing manner.
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with ticketing, guest lists, schedules and logistics.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, suppliers and partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Summary

The Account Executive will be working on Jack Health's team working in the pharmaceutical sector.

This is a very admin heavy role (updating budgets, trackers, CRM, calendars, spreadsheets will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team and managing health clients.) This position involves guiding clients through the event sales process, from project inception to event delivery, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer service throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholder mapping to identify key contacts within an account.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to discuss new projects, prepare proposals, and provide initial budget guidance.
  • Assist Account Directors and Leads in developing and implementing client retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for the client, building and maintaining a strong, personable partnership
  • Regularly engage with markets and client hosts to ensure their needs are met and exceeded for each event
  • Ensure all meeting notes, decisions, and approvals are documented in writing
  • Keep work-in-progress documentation and shared SharePoint files up to date

Event Analysis

  • Gather and analyse feedback and operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights
  • Organise post-event wash-up meetings to align with our continual improvement objective

Internal Communications

  • Collaborate with the wider Ignition Collective team to create and develop comprehensive documentation and supporting materials required for each event
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, production, and comms), ensuring any supporting departments are given a brief of requirements within an achievable time frame

Day-to-Day

  • Manage a mix of assigned day-to-day account responsibilities and workstreams, as well as standalone projects – be it planning, coordination, and execution stages of client events from concept through to on-site delivery
  • Ensure the project management systems is continually updated with event details

Systems, Technology & Digital Skills

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional organisational skills and a genuine passion for motorsport.

You'll ideally have:

  • Understanding of how partnership assets can be used in marketing activation
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in sponsorship, motorsport marketing or agency account management
  • Strong knowledge of Formula 1 sponsorship, rights management and partnership activation
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs, Formula 1 teams or global sports properties
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile international client accounts
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the confidence to engage with senior executives, rights holders and agency partners
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel internationally throughout the Formula 1 season and work flexible hours when required

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to join the team. You’ll be accountable for leading a team to hit and exceed revenue targets for new business across Europe, while also serving as a player-coach, carrying a revenue target and closing key deals to open new markets.

The Director of Partnerships, Europe will report into the Global Vertical Leader, and be a key member of the sales leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy with a focus on revenue and new business.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and serve a sales team of 10+ individual contributors across Europe.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds new business revenue targets (including maintaining a healthy pipeline).
  • Identify, negotiate, and close key strategic deals where necessary to assist team members.
  • Close key new business deals that lead to expansion into new cities and regions across Europe.
  • Think strategically and pragmatically about technology, data analysis, operations and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Operational and Product teams to drive new partner and renewal revenue efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to enable clear visibility into the Europe pipeline.
  • Work with the Global Vertical Leader to shape the strategy across the market and ensure the team has access to the most impactful sales assets.
