At eggwe make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

  • Strong understanding of event experiences, content, storytelling, design and audience engagement across multiple formats and industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and growing multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools and a genuine interest in how technology is transforming creative work
