We’re looking for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships and turning great conversations into new opportunities. You’ll be experienced in connecting with prospective clients, understanding their challenges and ambitions, and developing those relationships into long-term partnerships that create real value for both the client and the agency.

Tigerlike Events is a growing, ambitious event agency creating memorable, high-impact experiences for corporate clients. We combine commercial thinking and creativity with a genuinely people-first approach, building lasting relationships and delivering events that are meaningful, memorable and meticulously executed.

This is a key role in the next stage of our growth, so relevant experience really matters. We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of generating new business within an event or experiential agency and understands the opportunities, challenges and conversations that come with it. We want the person joining us to have the right experience and platform to make an impact from day one, and to truly thrive as Tigerlike grows.

Our office is based in Hook, Hampshire, and while this is a hybrid role, we believe spending time together in person is an important part of building a strong, connected team. We’d therefore expect the successful candidate to be able to travel to the Hook office on occasion for team meetings, collaborative sessions and to spend time getting to know and building relationships with the wider team.

The Role

  • Drive new business revenue and help shape the agency’s future direction.
  • Build and convert a pipeline of opportunities that align with our values and strengths.
  • Lead pitches with confidence, clarity, and empathy winning work through trust as much as capability.
  • Create genuine relationships, nurture them thoughtfully, and turn them into long‑term profitable partnerships.

What You Must Have

  • Proven success generating new business in an event or experiential agency.
  • A personal track record of closing deals and delivering measurable revenue.
  • Preferably a network you can activate and the ability to build new connections with ease and authenticity.
  • Confidence, presence, and strong commercial judgement.
  • A self‑motivated, resilient approach to hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Natural ability to seek new opportunities via attendance of network events.
  • You’ll need to have the right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car, as travel to client meetings, events and other locations will be a regular part of the role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is ambitious and driven, while remaining grounded, collaborative and respectful in how they work with others.
  • Resilient, proactive, and accountable especially when challenges arise.
  • Commercially sharp, results‑focused, and able to balance ambition with empathy.

The Opportunity

For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway into senior leadership role over time i.e. with real influence over how the agency grows, how we support clients, and how we build a culture that values both performance and wellbeing.

The Offer

  • Competitive base salary + commission.
  • Hybrid role offering a package aligned to experience, contribution, and long‑term impact.
  • A genuine voice in shaping the agency’s future.
  • A collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture that values people as much as performance.

If you bring the new business experience, credibility, and ambition and you care about building relationships that last, we’d truly love to hear from you.

Sales Executive – Experienced Telesales

Headline Events Ltd – Glasgow

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE £50,000–£70,000+

Headline Events is continuing to grow our Glasgow sales operation and we’re looking for experienced, proven telesales professionals to join the team.

This is not an entry-level sales position

We’re specifically looking for people with experience in a high-volume outbound telesales environment who are comfortable speaking to business owners and senior decision-makers and already understand how to prospect, pitch, handle objections, follow up and close business over the phone.

What you'll be selling
This isn't a generic telesales product.

You'll be selling VIP corporate hospitality experiences across some of the biggest sporting, music and entertainment events in the UK and internationally.

Our product portfolio includes

  • Premier League & European football
  • Cheltenham Festival & the Grand National
  • Formula 1
  • Six Nations & international rugby
  • International cricket
  • Major golf tournaments
  • Concerts and live music
  • Darts and other major sporting events
  • Headline Events' own exclusive hospitality products

We work with some of the UK's leading venues and rights holders and continue to expand our portfolio of official hospitality products and partnerships.

The role
This is a full 360-degree telephone sales role.

You'll be responsible for developing your own portfolio of corporate clients, from the initial outbound call through to closing the sale and developing long-term repeat business.

Day to day, you'll be

  • Making high-volume outbound B2B calls
  • Speaking directly with MDs, business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities for corporate entertainment and hospitality
  • Pitching relevant events and packages
  • Producing and following up quotations
  • Handling objections and negotiating deals
  • Closing new business
  • Developing repeat business from your client base
  • Managing your pipeline through our CRM
  • Working towards clear daily activity and monthly sales targets

Who we're looking for

Previous direct telesales experience is essential.

We're looking for people who have already demonstrated that they can sell over the phone and thrive in a target-driven environment.

You'll ideally have

  • Proven outbound telesales experience
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with senior decision-makers
  • A competitive, target-driven mentality
  • Resilience and a strong work ethic
  • The ambition to earn significantly through performance

Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.

You don't need previous experience in corporate hospitality. We'll give you the product knowledge and industry training you need.

Ongoing Training & Development
Joining us as an experienced salesperson doesn't mean the training stops.

We invest heavily in both product knowledge and ongoing sales coaching, helping our salespeople continually improve their performance and earning potential.

You'll receive regular training and development across

  • Product and event knowledge
  • Telephone prospecting
  • Call structure
  • Pitching and qualification
  • Objection handling
  • Closing techniques
  • Follow-up
  • Pipeline management
  • Account development

With new events and hospitality products launching throughout the year, there is always something new to sell and something new to learn

Earnings & Progression
You'll receive a competitive guaranteed base salary, alongside a strong uncapped commission structure.

OTE £50,000–£70,000+

There is no ceiling on what our strongest performers can earn.

As Headline Events continues to grow, there are also genuine opportunities for high performers to progress into senior sales, account management and leadership positions.

Why Headline Events?

Headline Events is a rapidly growing corporate hospitality business with offices in Manchester and Glasgow.

You'll be joining an ambitious, high-energy sales environment with access to an outstanding portfolio of products, regular new event launches and genuine opportunities to build a substantial long-term client base.

We're looking for experienced salespeople who don't need convincing to pick up the phone.

If you've already proven you can sell through outbound telesales and you're looking for a better product, a guaranteed base salary, uncapped earning potential and ongoing investment in your development, we'd like to hear from you.
